Roof Parapets - Check masonry and metal for cracks, splits or damage and repair prior to coating.

Membrane Seams - Repair loose or torn membrane seams with like materials.

Substrate Alligators - Use 600 Butter Grade or KGF 1000 Fibered Mastic to severely alligatored areas on BUR and cap sheet roofs.

Drains and Pitch Pockets - Use KGF 1000 Fibered Mastic in drain bowls and leeders and 800 Series Self-Leveling Sealant for pitch pocket sealing.

Low Areas/Ponding Water - Eliminate ponding water prior to coating application by installing additional drains or adding insulation/filler.
